● Download a plan extract of the selected plot (as on cadastre.gouv.fr) 

 

● Submit a property statement request (this request will be sent directly to the town hall and the tax department) 

 

● Know the list of building permits submitted for this plot over the past 5 years 

 

● Know the list of requests for land values (amount of the sale of real estate or agricultural land) for this plot over the last 5 years
